Event Learning Teams

The "Learning Team" process works with employees involved in an event to discover the story. Different than typical event analysis processes that start at the event and work backwards, the Learning Team starts in the process and works toward the event. The intent is not to focus on where the employees went wrong, but to discover operational or system deficiencies that may have contributed to the event. This panel discussion will highlight several successful Learning Team implementations.
